I grew up in State College, Pennsylvania, home of Penn State University. After graduating from Penn State, I pursued a career as a Golf Professional and found my way to South Florida. I had become a certified diver as a teenager but had not pursued it for many years. After my reintroduction to diving, I was hooked on the underwater world. I soon found myself on the Honduran island of Roatan in the Caribbean, training to become a Divemaster. After returning to South Florida, I achieved the level of PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor and began working with Narcosis Dive Charters diving the reefs of the Palm Beaches.
I've never found anything that compares to the experience of breathing underwater. The freedom from gravity, the relative silence, the sense of adventure and the incredible diversity of life give me a euphoric feeling. From playful sea turtles to ghostly wrecks to reefs bursting with life, the sea is a source of endless wonder and adventure. As and instructor and dive guide, I get to share my love of the undersea world with other as I continue to search for a deeper blue.........
